CNY Music Now is a brand new collaboration of X101 Always Classic (101.5FM WXHC), American Vintage Productions, and the Cortland Main Street Music Series.

Continuing on the success of the first season of American Vintage Live, a weekly series of Facebook Live broadcasts that launched in the Spring of 2020, the program is being expanded to include a weekly radio show, bi-weekly Facebook video broadcasts, and a website featuring videos of the interviews and performances in their entirety.

The radio show will air every Sunday from 8-9pm beginning November 8th. Each show will feature two Central New York artists, with 30 minute segments dedicated to each act. Video footage from the artists’ recording sessions will be broadcast on Facebook the following Tuesday and Friday evenings via the pages of American Vintage Live, X101 Always Classic, and the Cortland Main Street Music Series, as well as simulcast to a network of over two dozen partner pages that represent businesses and organizations throughout Central New York and the Finger Lakes Region. Shows will be pre-recorded in the broadcast studio of Rose Hall in Cortland, NY with the support of the Dan and Rose McNeil Foundation and funds will be raised throughout the CNY Music Now season to benefit the Cortland Main Street Music Series.

This 10-week season of CNY Music Now will feature a total of 8 radio shows and 16 Facebook video broadcasts (featuring a total of 16 different musical guests) plus two additional radio shows and four additional Facebook broadcasts at the end of the season featuring “best-of-the-season” compilations of interviews and performances.
